The self-portrait has always been one of the most discussed and described themes in the world of art history. From painters to photographers, graphic designers, etc. Portraying your face and body when you are used to doing it with others is not taken for granted and it is not an immediate thing.
Confidence with one's body is not taken for granted.

I made these photographs a few years ago in Sardinia, my mother's land. A land to which I have always been linked, for obvious reasons, but not only.
The shots were taken in January 2018 in Chia, one of the most enchanting beaches of the entire island.
